From where do you operate?
Our Sydney Wide Distributors office and warehouse are located at 697 Smithfield road Edensor park , Sydney , Australia however we sell and deliver to anywhere in Australia.
How do I place my order?
Place your order online:
1. Through our website;
2. By using our mobile app if you are a SWD’s Distributors internal customer;
3. Or by visiting our office and placing an order on the online web store with the possibility of payment only by bank card.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
If you are a SWD’s Distributors internal customer, then you are able to use your Account as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process. If the Account option is not activated for you, although you are an internal customer, please contact info@sydney-widedistributors.com.au and notify us.
Do you offer Lay-by?
We do not offer lay-by, however we do have some Buy Now Pay Later options available through our payment providers PayPal and Afterpay.

Can I have a discount?
Discounts are provided to our customers by selecting our promotions. These promotions can be found at info@sydney-widedistributors.com.au
Promotions will be available to our App customers in the near future.

Are prices inclusive of GST?
All displayed prices are inclusive of GST on our website. Items that have a State Levy will be displayed separately under the item’s price and is also inclusive of GST.
Do you sell your products to the public?
The public can also order from our website, simply select the items you wish to purchase and enter your details via the Checkout page to finalise your order.
SHIPPING
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
SWD’s Distributors ships to any location in Australia, and your order will usually be dispatched within 2 days of placement.
Where are your packages shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse at 697 smithfiled road edensorpark, Sydney, Australia
Do you ship packages internationally?
No, currently SWD’s Distributors only delivers to locations in Australia.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the products on your order. You will be able to see the shipping cost on the Checkout page before you confirm your order.
How long does shipping usually take?
Your order will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 days of placement. Most orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the area you’re in. There may be exceptions if you are based in an area that we only service weekly/fortnightly, or for events that are beyond our control.
I would like to pick up my order. When will it be ready?
Typically, products listed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. Deliveries and local pick up are carried out between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday only. Standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

How do I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, simply send us an email at info@sydney-widedistributors.com.au or give us a call on +61 2 8041 8181.
Please get in touch as soon as possible as we will not be able to change your order once it has been dispatched.
I have received damaged product(s). What do I do?
At SWD’s Distributors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality customer service and premium products. Occasionally, products may be damaged in manufacturing, handling, or in transit. In the event that products are damaged on delivery, you must notify us of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of damaged products will be accepted without prior authorization. To notify us of damaged products, please contact us via Info@sydneywidedistributors.com
I received my order with incorrect/missing products. What do I do?
Occasionally, products may be out of date or short-dated on delivery. In the event of out-of-date or short-dated supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of out-of-date or short-dated supply of stock will be accepted without prior authorisation. WHAT DEAL DO YOU HAVE? HOW CAN I USE THEM?
At this stage, we have Monthly Specials that you can find on the Monthly Specials page. Also, we can have a discount and special prices that are running on the website.
You can get specific limited edition promo codes for your orders by following the rules that you can find on the promo banners or advertising creatives.
SWD’s customers can use just one promo code for one order.

How do I register an account on your website?
To register an account head to staging.firstlycorp.com//register, fill out the form and click “Register”. After submitting the form, your account will be created and you will receive a confirmation email.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password head to swdsdistributors.com.au/forgot-password, fill out the form and click “Reset Password”. After submitting the form, check your email for instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my personal details or email address?
You can easily change all of the information on your account. Head to swdsdistributors.com.au/my-account/edit-account, change any details and click “Save”.
How do I change the shipping and/or billing address on my account?
You can easily change addresses on your account. Head to swdssdistributors.com.au/my-account/edit-address, select “Edit” on the address you would like to change, change the address and click “Save”.
